ThisShort guide is for ll those members who are in need for Adsense account.
This trick would not let you down.Now you will not have to get any more Rejection from Google.
Actually there are many restriction for the people of India and China.So now we will create the Account using Pakistan's address.
1. Go to www.Adsense.com
2. Click on the link Sign Up.
3.Now fill all the columns and keep the country to Pakistan(later on you can change!)
4.Select City "Quetta"
5.Postal Code May Be Problem
And Here IS The Postal Code

Remaining Things You Can Get Easily On Google.
Click on Submit.
All done! Now you'll get a mail from Google Adsense, which will confirm your Registration.
All Done !how to Change the adress and Country?
1st Change The Payee Name As You Want It
Becoz In India You Cannot Change The Payee Name
Then Fill The Following Form 100% Accurately
https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?contact=changecountry
And Within 3 Days May Be In 30 Mins Your Country Will Be Changed
Remember To Change The Payee Name
Becoz Some Countries Dont Have The PErmission To Change Tha Payee Name And Country Once The Account Is Created
And India Is Included In That List
Search Addresses Via Phone Directory OF Pakistan And Pin Codes In Google For Pakistan
And Play In Dollars
*If you Register by this Method then Even if you blog is 5 mins. older,then also you are accepted as a part of Google Adsense.
*Your content or Blog posts doesn't matters,you can apply with 1 post also.(copy-paste is a good solution)
*I Have Personally tried so no matter of disgust.
*Account would be approved within 1 day(mine is approved in half an hour)
*Do make a wise use of account,if you do this then you can play in dollars.
*Be frank to ask any problems about Adsense.

Why do you need someones account if you can make your own.
it's worked for me.. those who r trying this method be carefull if something went wrong u cannot able to get a/c in feature

--this is at bottom of the Changing Country page.
According to the Adsense support, changing country to "China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, or Singapore" would close the existing account and open a new one.
Would this be a problem?

See this tutorial is wrote long ago after that google detected this hack and closed it.So sorry because now you require complete genuine request to complete it.
